MINERAL CARTOGRAPHY

The mineral cartographies are centrifuged planispheres, spheres that offer different visual frequencies and my intention is to get all these clays or identities to go into orbit around a single synergic axis in/with harmony.

 They thereby come into consonance with each other, through the revolutions of the wheel that allows me to centre them. The centre point is the origin, the essence of everything.

TUSSENBEELD, tribute to Trudy KUNKELER 2018

 I create specially for the ‘In between sculpture’ presentation a serie of mineral cartografies, minerals that resonate my personal temporary, spacial link with the artist Trudy Kunkeler.

I have been collecting clays in different locations that reflect a mineral chronology and cartografy in these  ‘in between clays’ that connect us in the different projects.
